I was forwarded Gwyneth Paltrow’s latest online newsletter, known as GOOP, by my friend Thrifty Gal (who incidently also did a piece on the “I saw this and thought of you” syndrome we both seem to be afflicted by).
Apparently a good tip for improving your sleep is this:
